Agelaos >>. Temenos war der erste Herakliden-König von
Argos >>. Natürlich sind die Söhne des Temenos davon ausgegangen, dass sie die Nachfolge ihres Vaters antreten. Temenos jedoch wollte, dass Deiphontes König von Argos wird. Kallias, Eurypylos und Agelaos ließen ihren Vater Temenos deshalb ermorden. Dennoch wurde verhindert, dass einer von ihnen König von Argos wird. Die Argiver bzw. das Heer von Argos kümmerten sich darum, dass Deiphontes König von Argos wurde.
